Sid wasn't kidding when he said this place was pretty amazing. I had my doubts when he mentioned "prep school"; considering the attitudes of the guys on the prep school hockey teams I've played against, I was seriously considering not doing it because of that.
But now that my mom made me come down here and check it out, I'm actually willing to come down and work this out. I'm already liking it better than Pontiac High. It's warmer (it hit ten below last night up in Ottawa), the girls are great (compared to the eskimos at Pontiac), and even though hockey doesn't seem to be a focus here like it is back home, it's still something. Heard Sid's bringing in some scouts for his team here, too. Hmm. Well, where do I sign in for classes?
You all are probably wondering who I am. With these journals, I don't feel like doing a whole introduction about me in here, because when we meet in person, I have a feeling you all are gonna ask me the same questions. Yeah, not with me. So I'll just make it short, and if you need to know more, I'll tell you.
